Outlet Orders Cancellation
For orders placed at our physical outlets, we offer a very brief cancellation window to ensure we can maintain product freshness and quality for other customers.
- 60-second cancellation window from the moment you place your order
- Full refund for cancellations made within this timeframe
- 3-5 business days for refund processing back to your original payment method
- No cancellations allowed after 60 seconds of order placement
National Delivery Orders Cancellation
For orders shipped across India, we provide a more flexible cancellation policy that allows you to cancel until your order begins its journey to you.
- Cancellation available until the order is dispatched from our warehouse
- Full refund processed within 3-5 business days
- No cancellations once the order has left our warehouse

Damaged or Incorrect Items
While our products are generally non-returnable due to their perishable nature, we make exceptions for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired.
- 5-day window from delivery date to report issues
- Eligible for refund or replacement
- Requires photo evidence of the issue
- Must include order details with your claim

Non-Returnable Products
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, items purchased through our website are generally non-returnable. Refund Processing
Once your cancellation is successfully processed, we initiate the refund procedure:
- 7-10 working days for refund processing
- Refunded to original payment method
- Credit card and net banking payments refunded to same account
