When placing an outlet order for Dine-in or Takeaway, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are at the store when placing the order to ensure service of fresh food.

SHIPPING POLICY
General Shipping Rules
- Shipping details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be the sole responsibility of the customer
- For National delivery, all orders placed post 5:00 PM shall be processed for dispatch within 24 hours only
- No courier service or pickups on Sunday or on any Government Holiday due to the limited shelf life of our products
- Orders booked during festival months might be delayed due to stock shortage or overloaded shipments
- Orders booked on the last two days of every Month will be processed for dispatch on the next working day
